Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an easy yet powerful tool to liberate blocks and retrain new patterns. By “tapping’ on acupressure points on our face and body, we send a somatic signal to our emotional and physical bodies that we can relax, release stress, and access our higher wisdom, regardless of outer conditions.
Through in person or online 1 on 1 sessions we will examine and release blockages keeping you from your best life.
From physical pain to harmful money patterns, anger, sadness, and disempowering beliefs, EFT can alleviate overwhelm and bring you back to your empowered self in a matter of minutes.

Focusing on the connection with ourselves and others, these short, fun, improv-style games are adaptable to be played in groups of 2 to 20 or more.
Allowing time for self-reflection before, during and after the laughter affords insights into blocks and opportunities to release them.
